When I get back to the car, the remote didn't want to work. Tried cleaning the battery, pressing at different times in the opening process (Toad system) but nothing happened. Even tried Powerstation and Litchfields (lunch time unfortunately).
Eventually the car behind was unlocked and started, and then mine worked again!
Got home and it works a charm again.
Now carrying spare battery and instructions and code for disarming the alarm without the remote
