I would say the best spot for avoiding dust is as far up the grass (i.e. as close to the entrance) as you can against the treeline that is on the right as you drive into the circuit. Failing that just park as high up the grass as you can to avoid the worst of it.
Parking trackside at the exit of Chessons Drift is probably the worst place for dust, so avoid that like the plague!
