I have just had an AP fitted at RCM. I'm running just shy of 430/430 and was told that it would cope no problems. Especially if I am not doing launches and the like.

Like James said, his coped with 80+ launches and Drag use. He got 2 + years.

I don't think you'll go wrong with one.
