Well, as I told you I sent them an e-mail today to double check your order and also asked for possibly 2 more places as SilverSurfer maybe brings two more people.
So far I didn't get anything back. But, as you said, they open only on 3rd March, so they might not be in regularly yet. Anyway, I'll stay on the case and let you know as soon as I've got a reply.
