As per many above, I only ever run on V-power if possible. Although I do have an emergency bottle of octane boost in the glove box, just in case I need to do a 97 Super Unleaded + Octane Boost.

If you are running on Tesco 99, you will find that there will be little if any difference, like Keith said, maybe slightly smoother.
