Why fit an Electronic boost controller ?
I assume Pat is ECUTEK mapping the car. The Boost control in the ECU is far better then any boost controller.

So the OE one is ok then? As mine is 2 port.

OE boost control takes into account Throttle Position, Rpm, Boost Target
Most Electronic have just boost target
the only one that gets close is the Apexi AVCR which has Rpm and Boost Target
2-port will be fine one the VF as long as the restrictor is matched, or get a 2nd hand 3-port off an 1993-1996 model and get your mapper to map with that.
