SES Meet - 18th August 2012 - The Crow & Gate, Crowborough
 

Been nearly a month since our last meet so time to sort another. Didn't get a chance to sort anything in July due to various reasons but we had Modified Live in the middle which made up for it (apart from the rain and mud!)

The next SES meet will be at the Crow & Gate pub, on the A26 between Crowborough and Uckfield. Its a Vintage Inns pub so should be a fairly typical menu.

This meet will be an evening meet, starting at 6pm! The last evening meeting in Kent was a great success so we're going to try and make the best of the light evenings and summer weather :)

Please add names to the list plus whether you're planning on eating or not, really makes it easier when trying to guess how many to book for ;)

Hi folks, if you haven't already done so, can you either add how many are eating/not eating so i can book tables in the next couple of days. Last time i booked for 15 and we ended up with about 25 eating, so would be good to know in advance, especially as it looks like a bit meet! :ok:

This is looking like a big meet, and with Saturday meant to be nearly 30c, it should be a cracker :D

Based on the who's said they are eating, i've booked tables for about 20 people for between 6:45pm - 7pm. There might be room to fit a few more in as required but if you haven't said you're eating, please don't dive in and take the space of someone who said they have ;)

I'm sure there'll be space nearby if people do decide to eat last minute (one of the reasons we've made it fairly early in the evening, it'd be too busy if we strolled in at 8pm!)
