Prosport boost guage - Slowboy
I've just booked in with Slowboy Racing at Brands Hatch to have a Prosport boost gauge fitted next week, does anyone have one fitted? How do you rate it?
how much are they charging as a matter of interest
I've got the oil temp and pressure gauges, work pretty well. Hope you're not paying much for fitting, it's a 30 min DIY job.
It's a premium series gauge at £62.99 including dash pod, fitting quoted at £50 (about an hours work), probably is easy but I'm useless at doing anything electrical!
I'm very pleased with my set of Prosports, cheap and accurate. Only downside is that the backlight brightness can't be adjusted and I found the green at night to be far too bright so I keep them in white mode all the time.

boost gauge is the easiest one to do IMO, theres not much to get wrong. earth, 12v and sometimes one wire to the lighting circuit. the actual boost line is a tube. as for fitting, 30 minuites, but they probably have a minimum charge of 1hr so £50 is fine |
Had mine for about 2 years and never had any issues. Look nice too.

Slow boy will look after you mate, very approachable and Neal potentially saved my 1500 when scooby projects could have caused gearbox failure with the advice they gave me.
