Sumo power
 
Anybody had any dealings with sumo power? I called them recently regarding some parts i wanted for my wr1, spoke to a very friendly lady on the phone who took my details and said she would call me back, well 4 hours later still no call back so i rang them again and spoke to somebody different who said he would get her to call me back regarding the parts ! Well two days later still no call back and iv bought my parts else where now, they may have a very nice setup but there customer service is lacking some what!! Definatly wont be calling them again :rant:

Summed up well.......the feeling I get is Upstairs is great (Group'N' Prep / Sumo GT Cars etc...but then that's not the Sumo power that the public deal with. Downstairs, the public face of Sumo needs some attention.

I am sorry to hear about this pal, We are working very hard on our customer service and its our main priority.
In the future we hope this doesn't happen again, Also now I am on the Forum it should hopefully make an easier point of contact for you.
