Met him at last

Have had numurous people tell me they have seen me, when it hasnt been me.
Cath thought i had followed her into tesco carpark the other week.

Have been asked if i have put mud flaps on.

I was in shell this morning, and the rumble of a scoob was followed by this appearing.

Quality. :ok:

He doesn't know which is the proper way to go into a garage though

BIG"E" 26-04-2011 09:40 PM

Is it the light or are his decals slightly darker?

Liking the dark wheels.

Crowman 26-04-2011 09:43 PM

We had a quick chat.
He asked how long ive had it, i said about 9 years, to which he said he imported his from Australia 12 years ago!
Mmmm its only been around my neck of the woods for a little while.

Looked clean, not liking the lexus lights, and the swoosh on the side has been stretched to much IMHO.

The other good thing is its cemented my thoughts on keeping my wheels gold :-)

The graphics are darker, to be honest probably about the same as mine was 7 years ago.

Yep, for sure :-)

Steve_PPP 26-04-2011 10:28 PM

Agree that gold wheels are better

Thats 3 of them in total then, a chap on Sussex has a white classic (pre-facelift) with the same blue graphics too, but he's removed most of the stickers now.

Its tricky trying to keep unique.

Hey no, never mind. I will still have mine in another 10 years, well maybe i say that after Germany:yeah:

Nige 26-04-2011 11:03 PM

You might be unique in 10 years if you still have a classic & i hope you do. Right now your just 1 of the many. At least you dont have the chav lights. And yours starts and goes! Oh ******** do you want to sell? :drive:
