Re: boost gauges

Boost gauges are available from £20 for a simple gauge to £150 for a Defi electronic.

Personally I would go for the new stepper gauges which are basically rip-off's of Defi and cost about £42 or £45depending on 52mm or 60mm size

these can be found at http://www.rspec.co.uk/index.php?main_p ... 20a&page=2

there are some other Defi types but can't think of their name...it's in a mag I have so will dig it out.

Any idea's where i can get an adaptor for a boost gauge so i can swap the hard small plastic pipe to the larger flexible pipe?

But your mapping gauge wasn't expensive, that gauge cost me £70 IIRC

Re: boost gauges

hi
I fitted them with my brother i did gauges and wiring whilst he was removing intercooler and alternator to fit senders.

you will also need(seems to be best option as reading up beforehand most people were saying not to use sandwich plate)

oil pressure and temp kit together

http://www.scoobyparts.com/acatalog/LMA ... G_KIT.html

and i brought the ati gauge pod from them as well(they also do classic pods for which ever model you have)

They did a group buy on scoobynet a few months back and if you mention it too the guy danny on xyber autos he is still giving a bit of discount i brought them with postage from him i think it was £99 or £109 with postage if you get from prosport direct in usa it was about £200.

They were pretty easy to install and can always send you some more pics and any info you need to help and if you log into scoobynet go to the main forum and look in interior section there is a lot of info and pics on there.

cheers

Dave
