Boxercise
 

Im starting my Boxercise class this Tuesday (6th Jan) at 7.30pm - 8.30pm at Worlds End Pavillion near Wivelsfield train station in Burgess Hill.

For those who havent heard of Boxercise it is a boxing based circuit class in a fun and non confrontational setting. Loads of fun and superb exercise for all fitness levels. Doesnt matter if you've never thrown a punch, everything will be shown to you, also all you need is a towel and drink of water, all equipment is supplied.

Its going to be every Tuesday and is £5 each but will give a discount for SES members :doubleup:
