What do you think
Right my wrx bugeye in 10 years old this year and I have had it for about seven and have done a lot of things to it over the years, and how Im looking for better coilovers as the bc are a bit hard for a http://www.surreyscoobies.co.uk/foru...ies/oldman.gif and I have a sti gearbox to put in but need DCCD controller for it and the body work needs a bit of a sort. So do I keep going or break it and get some think newer because as a car its properly not worth that much, this is a list so far.

Keep going... One of my favourite bugeyes
|
got any recent photos?
i'd personally keep going unless you need to spend a fortune sorting the bodywork out :) |
If you break it bumper please , other wise only you can decide what to do
|
After going that far with it, I personally would keep going.
I don't need to tell you that you'll never get what it's really worth if you sell it. :sadno: |
Dont drive it for a week ,then fill it up and give it a good old ragging .Hey presto love affair rekindled:drive:

Keep it:agreed:
You will get to the same stage with the next car if you get rid or break it:-( Such a shame that lately a lot of great cars are being broken up due to resale price not being good... |
keep it! Once you've done the box you'll have a solid car that will be up to sti standards. Only thing to consider is the strength of the bottom end mine let go at 370bhp
|
The thing will scoobies there is always one more thing to do and thats why we love them , and if I track it and trash it then I can strip it  plus its all most morphed it to a Sti just a 2.1 next .
|
Steve the gearbox was from a mates WR1 with 18'000 miles on the clock when he rolled it 5 times on a Rally stage the numpty
|
Keep it Steve its one of the best looking bugs I know.

So it looks like I will have to keet it , onwards and upwards  |
I'll be the odd one out :D - Sell it /break it and upgrade to a hawkeye STI, then remap it and end up with more BHP and lots more torque, newer more comfortable, and much cleaner, and generally nicer car. just my 2 pennies worth. ;)

keep it mate it is one of the best looking bugs
