hello guys,when i put my hawkeye on full lock i get a knocking,like i have rolled over a big stone.what do you think?cheers paul

Think you'll get a few answers here, I'll go first.. Having not been in a Hawkeye, has it got DCCD and is it on manual?

no dccd,its got a fag lighter lol. its a hawkeye 2.0 r sport auto

Lol sorry mate, you could see where I was going with that opener. Could still be diff just that the manual dccd setting is more prone to do it and is expected during slow speed manouvers.

its only started during this cold snap.it only does it on full lock left or right.was woundering if it could be front drop links or bushes.

cheers rob,i think its something 2 do with a rubber/bush joint as well.going 2 pop it in the garage next week and get it looked at.looks like it will be beans 4 christmas lol

Check your drop links, mine did a similar thing last year in the snow, once I managed to lift the car up, noticed one of the bolts had sheared off.
