Iphone and webcam question

Anyone got an iphone 4. If so can you use the front camera as a webcam with an application.

Looking to get one if this function works.

Ah I may not have been too specific. I meant a stand alone video chat.

We're planning to go to Kangaroo Island for Christmas and the grandparents want to webcam. Only way is to use a phone, so I thought Iphone as I'm sure I'll be due an upgrade from Vodafone.

Any ideas.
