Very moving
I will be at the Redhill service on Sunday. Emma is in the band playing there |
Cheers guys.
I have one last batch to post, with a couple of headstone shots that are really sad. 2 soldiers who died in action on November 11th 1918. That must be so gutting. Everyone knew that it was going to be over at 11.00am. |
Truly lump in the throat.
I am embaressed to say i know almost nothing of our history, and seeing those crosses with no names on, fields and fields of them is shocking. Anyone who wants a trip after christmas,i am going. |
I am going again next year. Mike has 2 different 4 day tours, plus is adding stuff all the time.
I would seriously recommend him. |
Like crowman, I am sorry to say I know very little in this resect, but Steve, those pictures mate really do deliver a messege. As has already been said, it brings a lump to your throat just looking through the pictures so it must be spine tingling to see it, and as for 'actually' being there then, well , i cant image. :-(

Very poignant mate. We should be grateful and ashamed for their sacrifice.
