£34k.....

So why has the price jumped up compared to the hatch STI?

Looks like theres less rear leg room than the newages too

They sent me a invite for a test drive in that one! :-D This Saturday.

Spec C Chassis, half leather Recaro's

The Recaro's are v.nice, they certainly know how to make a nice fitting/looking seat, as sat in one at Culverwells.

Boot space it shockingly poor, they should of made the opening a hatch but with a saloon look to improve access and practicality

£34k . They really have lost the plot. I reckon you would loose at least £10k in the first year.

Jury is out on this one for me, Would need to see one up close and personal. Part of me likes the way they have tried to make it a little more grown up and subbtle. But there is also an argument to say its trying to pretend its something its not.

But then there are silly design issues, things like the huge exhaust scollops for the quad exhausts that are totally OTT and something akin to a chaf bodykit. So its neither one or the other. And I thought they might have changed the front a little more as well.

And agree 35K too much money for a jap fuss box rice tin. The Hatch is begging to look quite nice now by comparison.

I think I've spotted something you've all missed, the steering wheel is on the wrong side!

andy-m 22-10-2010 04:28 PM

not in the inside photo's its not. its on teh RHS.
on the first picture, thats a reflection onteh windscreen of something i think that makes itlook like the steering wheel is on the left hand side.

I like the car.
if my numbers come up this weekend. . . .

£34k for a standard car?

That's almost as much as I paid for the T25 :)

Lucky 22-10-2010 08:16 PM

Sorry, but 34K for a car that you will then need to spend a load extra on so it will keep up with everyone else is :cuckoo:. I like the look of it, but dont think its more than 25k in anyones book. Its nudging the price of the last Litchfield T25's.

I'd rather a hatchback

scoobieschmuck 26-10-2010 12:23 PM

I would rather add 6k and get a 2008 gt-r.
Lucky, you get the car back yesterday mate?
