I still havn't managed to see the Vulcan yet. Did it fly at Shoreham as I managed to get the times, but it was a v.wet day so guessed it wasn't going to fly. |
Cracking day that, and there was a distinct lack of cars from any club apart from the mini club! The Vulcan, Red Arrows and the Harrier were the ones that did it for me!

Scott - The Vulcan was not allowed to take off from Hurn airport, Bournemouth where cloud/mist was down to 300 feet. So the Bournemouth event itself was scrubbed apart from a Lynx helicopter display I believe. Very sad! A lot of aircraft due for Shoreham were stuck at Hurn. |
