wont start...
 
ok...after my little escapade saturday..and sorted out by Tone (owe you a pint or 3)..i now have another problem...

the black and red wire that is the live feed is now dead...i can run a live feed from the battery, and the pump works great....any one have any ideas..is it fuel pump relay?? if so where the hell is it?? lol anyone have any pics of the location???? i know its behind the steering wheel somewhere...

or could it be more serious...and ECU ?????

any help would be great, as we are now gonna get the scoob back on the road.

I know nothing but have you checked the fuses??

yep, pulled every fuse (i dont read japanese..lol)

as far as i know it is...although we were told it had a stage 1 chip....never checked it tho

Take it out and open the tin box
There may be some burn marks if there is there is your problem

Does the car have an immobiliser, if so may be dead.

Cheers CJ....now i will look really stupid......where is the ecu..lol....i can show you a skyline one, take it out, take it apart, wire in an apexi safc2 etc...but dont know where the ecu is..lol

in passenger footwell, pull back carpet. it's under the kickplate.

10mm socket
fine tipped screwdriver to remove lid off ecu.
the screws are thread locked so if it gets touch with the screwdriver, you will have to use pliers/molegrips

thanks again silver...pretty much like the skyline then...will get out there tomorrow evening and remove it
