Wind deflector

The wind deflector on the driverside of my classic 'fell' off... actually it was never on the car since i've had it. Is it easy enough to fit? From the shape of the clippy things i take it i have to have the door seals off and then put them back on over them. Where do i get the sticky stuff from? :boom:
