Went to surrey rolling road today,

You sorted your intermitent mis-fire an over-fuelling then ???

I hope you didn't have to pay for the board !!
Glad you got to the bottom of it, but you should of let me know as have 2 boards sat in the garage and could of sorted the fuelling now the FPR is all setup and sealed.
You'd be amazed at how a vacum, fuel leak or slight adjustment on the FPR effects the top end fuelling.
I've been tweaking the pressure on mine lately to rag the last 'cc' out of my injector's.....but always takes me longer as alot harder to map & drive at the same time. LOL.....

agreed it must be a mission to map and drive to fine tune. Good you have sorted the vacuum to your fpr, I had problems if you remember with me fuel lines it took me and jaffa a good 2hrs to relocate and fit new ones.
