Crank pully nut thread quetion

Can someone tell me if the bolt that holds the crank pully on is a right hand or left hand thread. Tried undoing it with a impact gun but it wont budge.

When i did mine i put on a socket and bar, wedged the bar and gave the key a quick turn, its a trick i often used, it works a treat.
Caution, make sure socket bar is well on and do not get in way just in case.

i do this as well, just make sure it is a FLICK and no more, also might be worth slideing somthink infront of the a/c rad or fmic just in case.

Yes mate, any more than a flick and things get interesting.
I have used this method from the days i was building and racing bangers.
I must pop some pics up of a few after a demo derby.

Thanks Tone ,thought of doing that but was going to use a set of molegrips but that bracket sounds ideal. Will try tomorrow with a breaker bar
