Fitting a new actuator

I did this once on my old cossie. Was a nice easy job cos the turbo was at the top of the engine bay. How hard to do on a 96 WRX seeing that its not quite as easy to get at? Whats involved?

take the heat sheild off , undo two bolts and a circlip and reverse the process

Tis standard so we'll go with TD05, thankyou Crowman, cheers for the offer CJ :)

Any advice on a decent one to go for? I see you can get Greddy, Forge, HKS.... or should i just stick with a standard subaru one?

Are you sure its standard ? the stand ones are fine if you want the next bar setting then go for that

I have a forge one on mine.Got to say there service is spot on :10: i had to change the spring in mine due to running higher boost, they sorted this and the parts were with me over night.Asked them about rebuilding my forge dump valve at the same time and they sent me the kit FREE now you can not get better then that

Um.... pretty sure yeh... well fairly anyway. Next bar setting? You mean if i want more boost? I'm pretty happy with the lack of economy my car offers now, it doesn't need to get any worse :D
