Would still like a bike but £ are not there and had to go Symtec as reached the limits of the Ecutek so money has been spent there :-)

C.J.

F*** me with a rusty old piece of pipe. That's a sweet figure.

You do realise you have more than double the power of a standard MY00 Impreza! That’s just plain daft, but awesome all the same.

Top man.

Put that way it really put it into perspective for me how quick this vehicle is. Very nice!

Jolly Green Monster 12-11-2009 01:11 AM

nice to see it all come together CJ!

RobEvo5 12-11-2009 09:26 AM

Superb figures - Nice job, and significantly higher than your old 2.0 so bet it makes it all worth while.

Has it managed to retain a nice daily drive feel to it, spooling relatively early.

Skullfudge 12-11-2009 02:29 PM

Nice figures CJ Jolly Green :)

Very driveable and the smoothest its been for a while
Heres the boost graph to BHP
The dip is the car slipping on the rollers !

Steve_PPP 12-11-2009 09:28 PM

nice :drive:

i can't believe you're up to 176 runs on the rollers, nuts :D

Crowman 12-11-2009 09:44 PM

Its his second home.
C.J i Reckon you should be on some sort of loyalty discount in a big way

worzel 12-11-2009 09:45 PM

Roller Miles!

Charlie would have to buy CJ a new house! :boom:

SUBARMAN 13-11-2009 09:35 AM

Impressive!!

RobEvo5 13-11-2009 10:16 AM

Very nice graph, and can imagine that being a total animal. Its relatively easy to get big power on any car by bolting on a dustbin sized turbo, whacking up boost and not giving a fly feck about longevity or drivability.

But it takes some serious dedication, effort and thought, not to mention wonga, to get to those power/torque levels and retain a strong reliable engine and very driveable. Top job to both of you.

Its cost £4k for engine and turbo so not that bad and the whole car owes me after selling bits about £13k

MrX??? 13-11-2009 04:20 PM

:10::10::10:

to all involved,

Nice car , nice figures and 13k is very good for what you've ended up with:nod:

Thanks its down to having a go & hunting the bargains out ,as said before this is the first car i have ever modded

RobEvo5 13-11-2009 08:49 PM

If you consider pure £'s for BHP. Thats incredible value for money. Thats super car performance for Ford escort money.

My bro has spent 20K on a engine build and EFI conversion on his 1981 911 turbo, and thats without all the other mods and cost of base car and he is going to end up with a bullet prooff 450bhp/500ftlb.

Thats what I love about scoobs no matter what state of tune, they represent huge value for money whether it be a stock UK, or a heaily modified scooby.

So whats next .!?

C. J. 13-11-2009 08:55 PM

Theres a couple of things but I'll just have to let you wait and see.
Only little bits but had a very interesting day speaking to a customer & ex prodrive and mitsi rally director of engineering who is a free lance now . His face when i said i had a scoob light up and said hats of and would you like to try ??????????
Wait and see if he comes up trumps be for I say a word :-)
