newb and his scoob

i bought my scoob in late november 2008. when i got her she was a UK turbo 2000 with piston slap from cold and a weeping rad. other than that she come with leather, AC, sunroof, prodrive pack, FSH, and a funny musky smell in the cabin! I gave £1600 for her with 12 months mot and 6 months tax!!! she looked like this..

After changing the rad pretty much straight away i set off on my 1st mod was to be my only mod as my previous car i spent a good 8k on modding it! Mod was this...

to cut a very long story short about 8 weeks ago me the wife and kids went to the sea side for the summer hols. came back to the car started it for it to be sounding not very healthy. Bottom end had not yet gone but the 80 mile drive home would of killed it. So once home with car i went out to sorce a new lump! this JDM wagon arrived for £500. Heard it running etc so i took the risk.

really nice scoob mate, what dials are they or is it a led kit behind them? think the white and green goes really well together :10:
