Very nice. I'm 'lucky' enough to have a double garage but for some bizarre reason the guy that built it decided to block one side and have a single garage door the other making access restricted to one car. That's going to be my project in the spring. New steel and open it up and paint the inside white and seal the floor. We can then start a 'show us your garage' thread!!!!

BIG"E" 20-11-2016 08:22 AM

Very nice if only??:-) ..

Red Baron 20-11-2016 08:43 AM

I'd love a garage I could actually work in, I have enough trouble just getting in and out of the car in mine.

Frenchie 20-11-2016 08:52 AM

We have a double garage and I'am thinking about having another one built for my tractor.

C. J. 20-11-2016 08:55 AM

Happy with mine:)
Would be nice to have it a bit wider but 4m wide will do and 9m long with some kitchen cabinets and and a sink in there works for me. Heating , volted ceiling with 6" of celotex insulation in the roof , twin skin traditional build with 50mm celotex makes it nice and warm :D

NL03Scooby 20-11-2016 08:59 AM

That looks awesome, I'd just be grateful for a garage full stop!

scooby doo 20-11-2016 09:02 AM

Very cool, when I used to put Ra away it was a struggle just to get in and out of it,
The T2000 can just sit on the road lol

Banstead Stig 20-11-2016 09:05 AM

Where I lived growing up we had a double garage at home that was colossal. You could, technically, fit three cars in it across its width and there was storage and work benches at the end.

Instead of the third car, my Dad had a large lathe in the middle for wood turning, etc.

Wish I had that now...!

Edit: it had its own loft space too, which was used for storage, but could have easily accommodated a home office.

It's annoying me thinking about the fact I don't live there anymore now...!

Steve_PPP 20-11-2016 09:07 AM

I could do with a garage that i can get the scoob in without scratching it.... :(

One day....loads of room in that one though, nice job.

Rdlangy1 20-11-2016 09:45 AM

Looks amazing - would love to have a space big enough to get round and clean the scoob indoors :ok:

What about sheds, mines massive.

Matt23 20-11-2016 11:35 AM

Very impressive. I saw the build thread on scoobynet a while ago and the guys done a great job :worthy: I can only just fit my car in mine with only inches to spare.

Ditto! I'm happy that I at least have a garage (otherwise I would have no Scoob), but a bit more space would be nice. As would a less awkward approach, as mine is a bit of a sod to turn into!

First rule of Scooby Barn is your do not talk of Scooby Barn.............

Red Baron 21-11-2016 09:52 PM

First rule of Snap On, "Please Don't ask to Borrow"!!!

Mine has to be: if anything is out of place then the car won't fit in!

Is that because the dog helped?

No, her performance has been underwhelming when it comes to both interior and exterior decorating. So far her only contribution has been to paint the carpet brown a couple of times and that doesn't fit with the colour scheme at all.

scotty 23-11-2016 01:03 PM

Nice idea of wheel storage like that alot .

You have room to walk round the car when its in the garage: I'm envious of that!

Yes about 2 ' either side.
Not huge but better than the average single garage and most definitely better than working on the car in the rain or snow like when I built it! :)
