What's it worth?

Looking for what it's worth, I have a 2006 Subaru Impreza WRX STI 2.0 JDM. Imported a couple of months ago. Its in very good condition inside and out and it's done 76,000miles. About 10 months MOT with no advisories, new CV joint, full service not long ago, UK fuel map and should be running about 340BHP. Cambelt was done last year in Japan (sticker on cambelt cover).

Could anyone give me a rough idea as to what it's worth, not desperate but found out my partner is pregnant so would help to save for a deposit for a house.

Also has a double din stereo and a sub which is included.

Frenchie 31-08-2016 10:48 AM

Where are you Steve!!!

swrx2810 31-08-2016 11:14 AM

Hmm need it to reach a certain figure in order to sell and according to a few people I wont get what I want.

Banstead Stig 31-08-2016 07:51 PM

Don't subject your baby to a boring car!!

Ryoishikawa 31-08-2016 09:38 PM

Very clean u must have a ball figure you would like for it

scotty 31-08-2016 11:13 PM

Tbh not sure how much you will get as prices are all over the place at the moment .

nikkinokkinoo 01-09-2016 08:22 AM

Looks clean

swrx2810 01-09-2016 09:50 AM

Thanks everyone. I need 15k for it but dont think I'll get that to be honest. Will keep it if I cant get that.

scotty 01-09-2016 10:29 AM

Well im going to set the record here you wont even get near that when you can buy a blob spec c for 12k you might be lucky and get 11k tops for that sorry to bring the bad news but you are better off keeping it .

Steve_PPP 01-09-2016 10:29 AM

Unfortunately you are correct. Even if it was a low miles (under 40k) mint car you'd struggle to get to 15k in a private sale.

There's equivalent JDM hawks for sale at the moment in the 11-12k bracket.

edit/ Scotty beat me to it ;)

swrx2810 01-09-2016 10:37 AM

Thats fine. Thanks everyone Ill just keep it. I do believe they will go up in value in the far future.

munk 01-09-2016 09:01 PM

well that didnt last long..not that i can really say to much..

iv been watching jdm hawks and spec c,s for a while and you definetly wont make 15 on yours in the current market.. id say 11 ish at best aswell.
best off keeping it!

Ginola 01-09-2016 09:12 PM

It's a really nice example can you keep it and keep the millage down?, You might get 11.5ish for it privately if your lucky.

As already said prices are totally all over the place at the mo, I've been looking recently for friends and will just leave these here...

I've been watching both of those 's20's' with interest for some time. They've been around ages which I find really strange bearing in mind the S203/S204 is meant to be one of the rarest and most sorted.

Cheers guys for thinking of me, but I think it'll be the cleanest RB I can find at the end of the year. :drive::drive:
