Subaru BRZ

Hi all,

Anybody got any views or own a BRZ, thinking of buying a new one for the girlfriend ?

I have test driven BRZs and really enjoyed them.

Good fun, handle well and look good.

I would buy one, but it's not big enough for my current family needs.

All that said, I know if I do every buy one, I'll end up with the supercharger kit going on as I just know I'd get hacked off being left at the lights by rep-mobile TDI's.

When I first drove it I didn't think it would worry me as it was so much fun blasting about in, but that was novelty (drove it very soon after launch). I've driven one again and the get up and go just lacked a touch and I am sure that would eat away at me.

Great car to buy for someone who's not an out and out petrolhead and for you to have some fun in every now and again. That should accentuate the positives and dull the (minor) negatives.

That's a good review many thanks mate, the one I am looking at has the supercharger kit on 👍

So you're laughing then!

There's a member on here who has a GT86 which has recently had the Cosworth supercharger kit fitted. Could be worth a search/read of his threads. :ok:

Should have thought to mention that yesterday... brain's obviously a bit addled with a newborn in the house (day five today)!
