Would a vf22 make 320-330bhp ?

As above anyone running a vf22 at that power

i think they will, but i also have a feeling that they are quite an old turbo now and a vf30/34/35 may be a better option.

most people go vf35 or if feeling a bit flush, a vf34 which has roller bearings.

vf22 also has roller bearings (as have 23/24) and will easily make 330 with the correct supporting mods
better turbo than 35 IMO

As Simon said its a old unit now,
came on V3 sti's i believe, honest if your only wanting 320-330 then a vf35 will deffo push that and a easy / newer turbo to get hold off. but with them all being VF range you must check rear housing for cracks,
if your not bothered about the age try looking for a front entry TD05 proven a million times to make that power and more, and alot stronger.

Personally i like the vf23 on my type r good wee turbo might be old but no cracks any where and no play in the shaft and stull pulls like feck good for 330 .
