Scott that's a mint example , what sort of year did you own that if you don't mind me asking? Did you fettle with it or leave it alone?
Guess back then terms of modifying was likes of just exhaust and panel filters? Turbo technics for blowers,
Did these run T2's?

You know me..... I had it 1997-2000 (approx)
Collins performance chip, tube torque stainless exhaust system, K&N induction, 2 stage boost control. A reliable 190bhp and bucket loads of torque steer.

Underside was all refreshed in white as we're all inner wheel arches.
Condition wise is was close to Concourse in a category the RS owners used to call 'working class concourse'.

Very nice Scott, I bet it torque steered, not that long ago really . I do like the s1 just for iconic . And the escort cossy is my only ford love.

Had this for 5 Years, prior to the S1
I nearly sold it within the 1st 2 weeks due to the insurance being a big shock. But I dug deep and kept it for 5 years
