Hi all


Just joined up so saying hi.
My name is Dan and I live in Bromley Kent.

I have a 2005 WRX Sti Type UK PPP in black. Bought it end of august.
Only mods so far... are I have replaced some interior lights with LEDS, replaced the wipers with piaa ones, have resprayed the dash in black (from the worn out silver), fitted a front strut (rear to do), bought new mudflaps (yet to fit), and have a dump valve which came with the car.
Doing dash leds next, hvac mod looks tricky but I might buy a spare and do it and get all my leds blue or red (undecided).
Looking to do lots of things to the car its quickly become an obsession I have wanted to have for a very long time but only recently could afford.
I've had the cambelt done when I first bought the car as it was up for the 10 year change.

Car is immaculate, clean, fsh, 49k miles and im the third owner.

Just wanted to say having owned a mitsubishi pajero wide body 3.5 v6 for 10 years which died, I wanted something I loved as much. Found it!
Other impreza drivers wave and its like discovering a secret society of nice people.
Kids younger than the car shout impreza and wave and just everyone seems to have a soft spot for them. Which is nice.

Yeah do love the car in black with the gold wheels. Wasnt sure on the wheels at first but they have grown on me, not to say i wont change them, I was thinking about a blue/black theme throughout with blue anodised type wheels but what other car can pull off gold wheels so well!

Would like to get to the meet on the 31st but as its halloween will probably be taking my four kids to a halloween event.

I will do an interior pic soon of the dash spray, changed the hazard to a jdm red one too after I saw it on t'internet, dash is a little shiny but better than the scuffed silver.

Lot of lovely looking cars on here, the more I read the more I want to do to mine.

I will be asking many many questions over time so apologies in advance :smile:
