Would these wheels fit a classic

Sorry if this isn't the right section, mods please move if it's wrong!

I've got a set of wheels for sale and someone's asked if they'll fit a classic, I've never owned a classic so am not sure would anyone be able to give me a bit of advice at all.

The details are:
17" alloy wheels

Stud pattern 5 by 100

2 x Rear 10j ET20
2 x Front 8.5j ET13

Many thanks :)

The stud pattern is right for a classic but 10j is very wide and would struggle to fit them unless he has some major arch work done. I think they may even touch the suspension aswell. But in any case I don't think running different width wheels is a good idea. Hope this helps

Cool thank you, thought that might be the case these came off an Audi that was built for shows with a crazy wide kit on so worked but was thinking it might not be so easy for a normal car!
