Coilovers
 
Got a bit of sad news today I will need to replace my coilovers so my car will not be going on the track on our ring trip so will be ordering a new set of BC coilovers when we get back .

Get some new ones delivered from Alyn or another supplier
to a garage down here and fit the new set on Wednesday.

wish I could Ian as money is a bit tight raiding the copper jar to cover the fuel to get us down south lol .

That's a shame mate. Sure you'll be able to jump in for a few laps with the rest of us though :)

What's wrong with them? If they're roadworthy enough to drive to Germany, then you'll be able to drive it round for a slow lap at least, just to tick that box :ok:

Corroded and can't raised them so been adviced not to drive it on the track from the garage so I'm going to take there advice .

The same advice as to all newbies. Drive it like an unknown road just in your case stay high on both karrusel.

Mine were corroded and seized, but I did two track days and about 10,000 miles on them like that.

It's a very very common problem with the BC's

I know what the garage has said, but they're just covering their backsides. They're just no longer height adjustable, doesn't mean they're unsafe.
