Been to this event the past two years, really nice day out and as you say it's a no brainier with the price reduced as much as it is.

The organisers have confirmed a minimum of 5 for a club stand and that I don't need to let them know until 10 days before the event (approx.)

So 'OP' has been modified to reflect that I will arrange a stand/area, if we have 5 or more.

10 days before for the club stand according to the organiser. But I would bring that forward to 14 so that it gives me time to make contact with them.

Do you definitely have to buy tickets in advance?

I read something to the contrary on the website.

I'd ideally like to leave the decision to the last minute. :)

Been the last two years and bought tickets on the gate both times, wasn't as part of a club however. Maybe for the sake of organisation we are being advised to purchase tickets pre event for easy, hassle free entry?

such a shame i cant make this one! I hope everyone has a great time! I have been forced into a family camping trip!

As a club with allocated parking we need to advise numbers pre event. Therefore I need people to buy in advance.
If it were left to pay on gate I could look a right cock if only half the numbers turn up.
That said if people don't pay in the next couple of days we won't have enough for a club stand anyway.

Message from Organisers :

"The gates open at 9am and we open to the public at 10am. We will still let you in after 10 but if possible would prefer as many vehicles in before"

We therefore need to aim for 9am, so need to think about a meet point somewhere on the A27.

This might seem cliché, but the back of sainsburys/Mcdonalds car park on the A27 roundabout (turn off for Goodwood etc)?? probably aim to meet 7.15 /20 leave at 7.30?

Google maps says its only 1 hr and 1 minute to Beaulieu from Chichester McD's, so morelike meet 7:50 and leave at 8am. On a Sunday morning, we'll probably make it there in less than an hour anyway ;)
