Running for Simon

I'm running for Simon Roe in the Brooklands half marathon on the 22nd March this year . Will be doing it in aid of Melanoma UK and no matter how small a donation, every bit will help . Although its only 13 miles I've not run /jogged for years and now suffer from arthritis so it'll be a challenge for me . If you would like to donate here is my page :ok:

How's the prep coming on?

Congrats on how much you've raised so far, brilliant.

C. J. 17-03-2015 07:04 AM

Prep is going ok but limiting to 3 miles every other day so I don't damage my knee again

Go you..... Bet your feeling the fitness now ..... All that excess energy .... What you going to do when you've completed the half marathon babe? I'd sponsor you for a full one!!!
Hats of to you for this... You and Dan running together?
I keep thinking of the film "run fat boy run" when his mate is on the bike hitting him on the arse with the "wooden panel" {{giggles}}
Not long now .... We all behind you... LITERALLY!! Xx
