Keep looking at this, mileage is nice, and does look clean but the dirt under the bonnet does that look more than 60k worth and seeing how clean rest is?

Mine was much like that under the bonnet when I bought it at 67K a couple of years ago. Surprised it has no Air con as it doesn't appear to have a sunroof either. Inner wheel arch trim is starting deform on the o/s/r, could be the sign of it starting to bubble up.

Look tidy...My car had grass growing out the wiper scuttles and half a conifer tree in the engine bay when I got it !! ha ha ha - previous owner kept it parked under the tree pmsl...

Thing is, as these Jap cars get older rust is becoming a bigger and bigger problem. Bring your prodding stick and have a good look around
