Boxercise in Burgess Hill - Discount to SES members
 

Hi all,

i am starting a new class of boxercise in burgess hill this tuesday (14/7) at 7.45pm at Janes lane pavillion near Wivelsfield station. Normal price is £4 but will allow SES members to come along for £2. This discount is also for SES members wives/girlfriends and boyfriends/husbands but not friends im afraid.

Boxercise is basically a fitness class based around boxing style exercise to target every muscle in the body, cardio fitness, fat burning, toning, stamina, endurance, hand to eye co-ordination, stress relief and flexibility.

It is mainly done with boxing pads and gloves and is very easy to pick up and you dont even need to of thrown a punch before. The class is designed to be suitable for all men, women and dukeboy. Pads and gloves will be supplied by me and there is free parking at the venue.

Please spread the word on this for me, its such a fun class and very down to earth and very good value for money.

cant you do fridays or bit ealier as baz has work nights but sounds fun and good work out at same time would love to do this shaz.

its the only night the halls free unfortunatley, tell him to go to work late, im sure theyll understand :doubleup:
