rear strut brace ?

is a rear strut brace worth having ? ive got a whiteline rear arb to go on and planning a front strut brace - seen a rear one cheap but are they hard to fit and or do they do anything for normal honing about on a road use ?

Do you have coilovers or regular struts and springs?
I would say yes if the first, and you really do push hard, *(some track use) and no if you have standard or even uprated struts and springs. For purely road use it is very doubtful you would notice a difference.

They are not too bad to fit, can be a bit tight depending on fit and quality. (nice and easy on a wagon!) :)

They are certainly worth having if you have an uprated ARB it will compliment it.

Easy to fit

I noticed a difference when I fitted mine, but in fairness, there's more to be gained with the Forester I expect.

I guess for the money its worth picking up - never know how far the modding will go so might come in handy further down the road

It's a nice bit of bling even if you don't notice any difference ;)

yup there is that - im trying to decide if its best to sell mine as standard and go for a wrx ive been offered with a forged engine and loads of goodies - kind of feels wrong to be messing with a le car that is fun as it is - either way a bit of bling is always nice
