Nice Ring sticker ;)
There's a group of us off there tomorrow for a long weekend, have you been before? :) |
no I haven't been, I don't think the car has either but some people seem to have a fad with these silly stickers, they are plastered all over it, I cannot wait to get them taken off

only bought it a little while ago

Hi there and :welcome:to SES

I got a quick question, I was thinking of updating my intercooler to an sti one and did buy a newer age one but doesn't fit, which ones do fit mine??
Hi Karl :welcome: to SES fella :ok:
new
sorry put my thread in wrong section earlier
Anyone have any ideas?
HI and welcome
Hello mate, welcome to SES. I think you need to adapt the sti inter cooler to fit but they do go. Never owned a classic so don't know a lot more than that I'm afraid but I'm sure someone will be along with a more specific answer soon. :ok:
Cheers mate thanks for the info will hope someone has an answer soon
There will be some modification needed as you have a slanty top mount you can get a FMIC for your classic which would be the easy route mate .

Thanks guys but my brother built his 450bhp blob eye with a front mount and had nothing but lag from it and ended up turning the intake round
What sort of modification is needed for a classic sti intercooler to fit my car i know the brackets don't all line up but I do have the undertray for the bonnet anything else
Thanks in advance |
450bhp on a front mount doesn't need to be laggy
Had 603bhp with 2bar @ 3700rpm on a front mount |
Welcome
:welcome: to SES fella ;)
