Better off getting some Millers oil of opie oils on here Martin .

What power are you running Mart and what kind of use does your car normally get? as this determines oil choice really.

Have a chat with Alyn at AS performance he wont steer you wrong.

Hi I am running 260bhp and my Scooby is used daily.

Fully synthetic as a minimum, I'd go 10/40 for a daily drive probably Millers CFS or possibly the nano.

I would agree with BlueBugEye, millers 10/40 fully synth nano, I don't see the point in skimping on oil when 5 litres of the best stuff is still cheaper than a tank of fuel.
