Exhaust fitting

Folks, does anyone know of anywhere around Crawley that I can get hold of a standard centre exhaust section? I've rung around a few places and keep getting told that it's not something they'd stock. One place even said it'd be subaru only. It's an 02 bug WRX.

Scruff 28-02-2014 10:48 AM

Great, thanks Simon. I'm having second thoughts about trying to get this sorted out now anyway as I haven't got new springy bolts for the cat to centre pipe. It's not quite going right today. I'll keep you in mind for when I'm gonna attack this though. Thanks mate.

have one you can have here to

Red Baron 28-02-2014 11:59 AM

If you're not in a hurry there's a guy here selling a set of bolts and the cone gasket which goes between downpipe and centre section.

Blimey, couldn't get rid of my old standard one for nothing last year, ended up taking it up the tip when i cleared my garage out before moving! :(

If I still had it, it'd have been yours for free.... sorry!

Scruff 01-03-2014 08:20 AM

HahA, not to worry Steve, I'm sorted now. I know what you mean though... who'd want standard bits eh? It's only so I can put the new back box on. Can't afford any stainless bits just yet.
