Not sure I believe the story about how the name 22B was evolved.

If you treat '22B' as a hexadecimal number and convert it to decimal it equals.........something a lot more appropriate.......try it on your calculator ;)

Yep, the hex value is how I assumed it evolved. Not watched the clip yet (youtube blocked at work :paranoid: ) but guess its the whole 2.2 chain of thought?

Its a great looking video, but I'm surprised that a video on the official Subaru channel contains so many errors.

I've always understood the definition of "22B" to be the hexdecimal representation of "555". That aside, most of his facts on the WRC/World Rally Cars are completely wrong!

Irrespective I still want a 22B and not buying one when I (sort of) had the chance last year is still stinging me!
