Tempted?
|
Nice. Did it need a bulge in the bonnet?
|
Tempted? Yes! This is now two cars in one. Feels like the standard car for pottering about, then something very different when you press the pedal. And the whine is very addictive!!
No bonnet bulge. Looks very factory fit. |
Very neat - I'm tempted by this myself!

What does it do to the figures, Keith? :)
|
Any idea of cost as well? Would look/feel/sound good in my BRZ although I haven't finished paying for that yet!!
|
Cool, interesting to see the figures. Looks factory also..

Hope to answer these questions shortly. I certainly noticed that the S/C did not alter the character of the car, apart from when you put the foot down. I pulled out onto a busy main road and was instantly up the bumper of the car in front. The standard car delivers all it's torque from low revs up to around 3k and again from about 5k, so I was expecting some instant shove, but not like this. And then on the A22 it was just relentless.

Hi Steve Cost I would guess in the region of at least 4k. There are various pulley options and intercoolers being worked on at the moment, as it is still a development car. It's quite exciting seeing it all take shape. There may be a "group buy" in the future. I'm just getting used to some lovely noise from the 2nd cat delete Cobra system I now have. :-D Keith |

Depending on pulley used, and whether intercooled, so far looking at around 50% increase I believe, Steve  |
i note in this month evo mag that the litchfield supercharger version pumps out 280 bhp.....lots of tail slide action:norty:
|
Suddenly they are becoming a whole lot more appealing ;)
