Offered to get a car for the night but Paige (daughter) and her best friend Brock who accompanied her decided that Dad's car would do:oldman:

A friend of mine did the same,they turned up at his daughters prom in his MK1 RS1600, got laughed at for being in `an old escort`, if only they knew.

Used my P1 for a friends daughter last year. Ended up at the venue sandwiched between an Aston and a Bentley sport.

It wasnt until I was standing there opening the car door for her that I realised everyone looked smart.
I was wearing a top fuel vest, three quarter length army shorts and work boots :)
