Uploading pics to SES

Hi can someone remind me how to upload pics to the site or remind me how to find the link to a very good guide on how to do this which was posted on here some time ago.Thanks.

I use the mobile photobucket app on my iphone terry.

I upload a picture on to it from the phone libary then simply touch the info icon in the bottom right hand corner which brings up a list of short cuts. touch the bottom one for the IMG URL code which automatically copies it then I just paste it here in the reply box.
