whats this bleed screw for?????

Just wondering what this bleed screw(probably answered my own question but just want to know out of curiousity as im probably wrong lol) is for i presume something to do with the brakes,as just noticed its leaking a bit and was dropping a bit of oil onto exhaust and causing some smoke when i just went to fill up,will tighten up later when it cools down, its just to the left of the intercooler.

Thanks guys

Quite close to the exhaust yes.
The yellow capped item is the clutch fluid reservoir

It's for bleeding the clutch master cylinder, If your changing the clutch fluid just bleed from the slave cylinder.
