Right I know some of yous have stripped and cleaned the shocks on your car especially the ones with the classic scooby and I would like to know how you got them that clean and what did you use or did you just repaint them because they look brand new cheers .:sos:

My shocks where stripped down and all the loose crap blasted off with a wire wheel on an angle grinder. Then rubbed down smooth and primered, then painted with halfords pillar box red. Some people use red hammerite but I thought it was too runny and didn't cover very well.
Failing those ideas get them powder coated again maybe?

My under arches need a toppin up of smoothrite paint and and a good clean after the last few jaunts out through the wet lanes.
