Manifold question
 

I've taken the ported Headers and Up pipe off the car with the intention of selling them, I've had to take off the heatwrapping as it was really tatty and have noticed that the headers come apart in the middle.

Are they supposed to do this or have they broken?

If they are broken, can they be fixed or are they useless now??

I don't want to sell them and stitch someone up with something that is broken or won't work!

the second picture is the middle of the manifold, the pipe slides all the way out so the manifold comes apart

looks like it should be welded to me.

Thats what my thoughts are, found a replacement centre pipe so will buy that and swap them over
