Alarm/immobiliser information please
 

Hi, I'm having to ditch the Toad on my car - it left me stranded again, and I can't get any joy warranty-wise. So I'm after advice on a replacement system and recommended installer.

Anyone help?

I personally think Huets are a waste of time, sold me speakers that didn't fit my car a few years back and then didn't want to take them back and give me my money back! That wasn't gonna happen! :kicknuts:

very strange, mate. ive had work done by them and quite a few of my mates over alot of years, on a whole range of different motors . never any problems.

Huets can be very good, or very poor depends which fitter you get.

I've had 2 Clifford 650s installed by them both have been faultless, however the install in the Scooby is a bit untidy when you look closely (removing carpets etc.). Locally to me the best guy is Jez at Highdown Audio (was the top fitter/installer at Huets).

Like anything I suppose, some people have good experiences with certain places and others don't, personally I wouldn't bother with them again.
