Injector advice?

can anybody help? Does anybody know if there is any colour coding system to the injectors ie pink, yellow, blue etc as not to sure but think there is. The reason being is I would like to uprate my injectors and fuel pump to eek a bit more out of it when I have it remapped. the injectors that are in there know are grey so are they standard or what? Can anybody tell me how much to have a remap done? :sos:

grey might be confused with blue?

pink are sti.....550's i think

blue are 440's and yellows 650's.....or they are on the newage.

Flea bay have got them as yellow 440's but have seen them as standards as well and greys down as standards as well as 550's so I am well confused

Grey are standard on UK/ EU cars up to end of 1998 an are 380cc

yellow are sti3 onwards an eu/uk from 1999 an are 440cc

unsure of blue as not really herd of them

Agree with scooberblue, although it doesn't always work like that as some 740cc are grey as they are remanafactured 380's i.e different nozzle holes sizes, same body/internals.

Yellow 440's will get you upto around 340-350 with a pump and reg. Cheap to get 2nd hand but you will need rail adaptors which are £35 http://www.carldavey.co.uk/product.php?id=2

you can always get the 440's re-sized and cleaned at a later date of you want more power :http://lateralperformance.co.uk/prod..._flow_matching_
